The owner was very understanding and took our complaints seriously, offering us a partial refund for any inconveniences we experienced. the caravan was lovely, clean, and well-equipped - we only needed to bring food and bedding. Mr Pringle was attentive and responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we had promptly. the location was also great, close to Fantasy Island and within walking distance to Chapel St Leonards Beach. Overall, a hassle-free and enjoyable experience - perfect for a relaxing getaway near Skegness!
